Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Solutions Expos reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Any violation of these terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

2. Account Sales & Responsibilities

No Liability for Bans/Mutes: We (Solutions Expos Staff Team) are not responsible for any bans, mutes, or infractions on an account after the sale has been completed.

No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the transaction is completed.

In-House Accounts Only: All accounts listed within the Solutions Expos server are in-house accounts (trained by us). We do not buy or re-sell accounts.

Accounts with Emails: All accounts sold with an email attached are created by Solutions Expos Admins.

Warranty Coverage:

All accounts come with one month of free warranty (see section 5.1 for more details).

5.1: The warranty only covers accounts recovered by us. It does not apply to accounts locked due to customer actions or bans received after the sale.

Reselling Accounts: Customers are free to resell accounts. We hold no liability after the sale is complete.

Account Statuses: We are not responsible for the loss of any specific account status (e.g., Pures & HCIM).

3. Gold & Services Terms

Solutions Expos reserves the right to decline or refund any order at our discretion.

Login Restrictions: Customers must not log in while a service is being completed unless they have explicit permission from an admin.

Service Interruption: Logging in without admin permission may result in cancellation without a refund.

Wealth Loss: We are not responsible for wealth lost before, during, or after a service. Customers should remove excessive wealth or use a bank pin.

Requirements for Service: Customers must provide all necessary items, quests, and levels required for service completion.

Manual Completion: All jobs are completed by hand. We are not responsible for bans/mutes, and no refunds will be issued in case of a ban.

Ironman Accounts: Ironman accounts are treated as regular accounts, and we do not attribute additional value to their items or bank wealth.

Ticket System:

All service orders must be placed through a ticket. Attempting to place orders outside of the ticket system will result in a permanent ban, order cancellation, and loss of wallet balance.

Authorized Payment Processing: Only Admins and Ticket Support can process payments.

Password Changes: Customers must change their passwords before and after a service.

Wallet Deposits: Funds are deposited into a financial institution of our choice. Large withdrawals may be released in portions unless otherwise agreed upon with an admin.

Order Cancellations:

If work has not started, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

If work has started, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in OSRS GP unless otherwise agreed upon by an admin.

Violating ToS: Breaking any ToS conditions voids eligibility for a refund and may result in order cancellation.

Order Completion: If a customer fails to confirm or deny order completion within 5 days after a worker marks it as completed, the order is considered finalized.

Scamming Attempts: Attempting to scam will result in an immediate ban with no refund.

Gold Purchases: Solutions Expos is not responsible for bans or infractions occurring due to gold purchases.
