Construction is fast but expensive. It unlocks the powerful player-owned house with teleports, pools, and utility rooms.

Levels 1-33: Oak Larders

- XP Each: 480 - Cost: ~500 GP each - XP/Hour: 100-200k - Good starting method

Levels 33-52: Oak Dungeon Doors

- XP Each: 600 - Cost: ~600 GP each - XP/Hour: 200-250k - Better than larders

Levels 52-77: Mahogany Tables

- XP Each: 840 - Cost: ~2k each - XP/Hour: 600-900k - Standard fast method
